Susan Billmayer attended a garden club meeting in Stevensville, Montana over the weekend and stopped in Great Falls on her way home to see Stephanie and Andre Silva, and new baby Zyon .

Wally and Loretta Beck enjoyed lunch at the school for National School Lunch Week with grandkids Tate and Ty Beck and Cassidy and Holly Grabofsky on Wednesday.

Sandy Beck went to Billings on Friday with Fred and Sylvia Mohar to celebrate a belated birthday with Dixie Roseleip. The ladies took a road trip while there in Dixie’s new electric car and went out for lunch.

Harlan and Jane’s daughters were over to visit and help out during the week. Darel Hauge was also over on Sunday.

Merrilyn Billmayer and Loretta Beck took supper, provided by the Hogeland Lutheran ladies, over to the Catholic Church for Youth Group on Wednesday evening. Loretta went on afterwards to Turner to attend an auxiliary meeting.

Sandy Beck played pinochle on Wednesday, October 12, at Monica Swank’s home in Chinook.

Brian and Lynette Sallee stopped in to visit Harlan and Jane Krass after attending the Spaghetti Supper on Sunday evening.

Lucy and Cooper Grabofsky spent the day visiting Grandma Loretta and Grandpa Wally Beck on Thursday.

The Hogeland Lutheran Church Annual Dinner and Bazaar is coming up Sunday, November 6, from 12-2:00 p.m. Mark your calendars! This is always a great meal!

Shawn, Tate, and Ty Beck were lunch guests at the Wallace Beck home on Saturday after finishing moving cattle.

The HHH Club sponsored the Firemen Spaghetti Supper and the Hogeland Volunteer Firemen served the meal on Sunday evening. A good crowd attended.

The Turner Junior High Basketball teams started their season with games beginning Friday in Turner vs. North Star. The girls lost their game by 2 points in an exciting game, and the boys won their game in an overtime by 6 points. Way to start the season with some great basketball action. Then they travelled to Rudyard on Saturday for a Jamboree where they played Chinook and North Star again. The girls beat Chinook and the boys lost. The games with North Star were close ones, with both teams losing by just a few points. The next game will be Thursday, October 27, in Turner vs. Box Elder at 4:00 and 5:15. Come out and watch our young athletes!

Loretta Beck attended the Hogeland Firemen Spaghetti Supper on Sunday evening at the Big Flat Catholic Church Hall.
