If anyone has a request for a movie, please let us know or tell Kristi at the Senior Center. Everyone is welcome to attend and refreshments will be served.

She’s your best friend, she knows all your secrets, and that’s why she’s so dangerous. A single mother’s life is turned upside down when her best friend vanishes in the chilling debut thriller, titled “A Simple Favor” by Darcey Bell. If you liked “Gone Girl” or “The Girl on the Train” this book is for you! “Reservations” is the new Lola Wicks novel by Gwen Florio. Journalist Lola Wicks would much rather pursue a story than spend time with people she barely knows. So when an eco-terrorist bombing escalates the controversy surrounding a new coal mine on Arizona’s Navajo Reservation, she’s almost relieved to have a distraction from meeting her in-laws. But as the violence gets worse and Lola digs deeper, she can’t escape the feeling that her husband’s family is somehow involved in a suspicion that jeopardizes not only her marriage, but also her life. “The Hollywood Daughter” by Kate Alcott is a novel of self-discovery in which Ingrid Bergman’s affair with Roberto Rossellini forces a young daughter of Hollywood to evaluate her own values and beliefs. In “Mississippi Blood” by Greg Iles the endgame is at hand for Penn Cage and his family in this final installment in the epic Natchez Burning trilogy. “Smoke Wagon” is a Morgan Clyde Western by Brett Cogburn, the great-grandson of Rooster Cogburn.
