Chinook High School continues to recognize the efforts of their honor students. To earn Honor Student status, a senior student must have a cumulative 3.0 grade point average or higher. Many of these students are not only high achievers in the classroom, but are high achievers in all areas of the school environment.

Erika Anderson- Erika is the daughter of Bruce and Sally Anderson. Erika is an honor letter winner and has been on honor roll for four years. She has served as a class representative, class secretary and as the National Honor Society secretary.

Shiloh Brewer- Shiloh is the daughter Joe Brewer of Zurich and Leanne Brewer of Chinook.

Rochelle Chaffin- Rochelle is the daughter of Robert and Summer Chaffin. She has been in basketball four years, track three years, and cross country one year. Rochelle has been on honor roll four years and is an honor letter recipient. She has also participated in Academic Olympics, Science Olympiad, and State Music Festival. Rochelle is currently the senior class vice-president.

Sydney Chaffin- Sydney is the daughter of Robert and Summer Chaffin. She is a member of the National Honor Society and is an honor letter recipient.

Katelyn Copenhaver- Katelyn is the daughter of Mike and Connie Copenhaver. She has participated in Speech and Drama one year and has been on the honor roll two years.

Brooke Elliot- Brooke is the daughter of John Elliot. She has participated in basketball four years and track and field four years. Brooke managed Volleyball one year, and played Volleyball three years. She was in Pep Band three years, National Honor Society three years, and is currently serving as the Student Council President. Brooke was a Girls State delegate, and participated at state band festival. She is also an honor letter recipient.

Kade Friede- Kade is the son of Scott & Fay Friede. Kade has been involved in Football & Golf four years, he has also been a class representative all four years. Kade attended HOBY, Boys State, received academic all-state and was chosen as Bob Cleverly alternate.

Kyler Johnson- Kyler is the son of Ernest and LeAnna Johnson. Kyler has participated in Football, Basketball, and Track four years. He has participated in State Music Festival, Science Olympiad, Academic Olympics and has been a student council representative. Kyler is a four year honor letter winner and has been a three year NHS member, where he is currently serving as vice-president.

Kelsey Mathon- Kelsey is the daughter of Tammy Teel and Michael Mathon. She has participated in Volleyball four years, Basketball three years, Track one year, Cheerleading one year, and Golf two years. She has been involved in BPA three years, and has served as a student council class representative and student body treasurer. Kelsey is also an honor letter recipient. Nicole McCracken- Nicole is the daughter of Doug and Tracy McCracken. Nicole has participated in Volleyball and Tennis four years, earning Academic All-State. She was in Basketball three years, BPA four years and NHS three years, Travel Club two years and DC Club one year. Nicole was also active in Choir four years attending Honor Choir and State Music Festival three years. As a senior Nicole attended Science Olympiad, was class treasurer and a Cheerleader. Nicole is also an honor letter recipient.

Taylor Neibauer- Taylor is the daughter of James and Karla Neibauer. Taylor has been involved in Volleyball, Basketball, and Track four years. She has been a member of BPA for four years, a state choir participant, and has achieved academic all-state. Taylor is also an honor letter recipient.

Tate Niederegger- Tate is the son of Paul and Tammy Niederegger. Tate has participated in Wrestling & Football four years, earning All State and All Conference honors as well as being selected as a Shrine Game alternate and Bob Cleverly selection. He has also been involved in Pep Club and Golf four years, Student Council representative two years and student body Vice President one year. Tate has been in BPA and NHS three years, currently serving as Vice President of BPA and President of NHS. He also attended Boys State and is an honor letter recipient.

Rio Overcast- Rio is the daughter of T.J. and Tara Overcast. Rio has been in Pep Club four years, Cheerleading four years, National Honor Society two years, and BPA one year. She has also been on honor roll four years and is an honor letter recipient.

Kassidy Popchoke- Kassidy is the daughter of Terri and David Meyer. She has participated in Choir four years and was selected for Honor Choir one year. She also participated in State Music festival two years. Kassidy was Football manager two years.

Kylie Popchoke- Kylie is the daughter of Terri and David Meyer. She has participated in Choir four years, attending State Music Festival two years and Honor Choir one year. She also was Football manager one year.

Trevor Reid- Trevor is the son of Rob and Sue Reid. He has been involved in football four years, and golf four years. Trevor was in Choir two years and has been a class representative one year. He is also an honor letter recipient.

Wade Schneider- Wade is the son of John and Donna Schneider. Wade has been in basketball four years, track three years, and football two years. He has been a NHS member three years and an FFA member four years. Wade has been student council representative, class parliamentarian, FFA president, and student council secretary. He is also a state festival choir participant. Wade has been on honor roll four years and is an honor letter recipient.

Talia Sharples- Talia is the daughter of James and Cynthia Sharples. Talia was a cheerleader two years, Volleyball and Wrestling manager one year.

Alexis Warburton- Alexis is the daughter of Nick and Kelly Warburton. Alexis has been a Cheerleader and Pep Club member four years, Travel Club three years, DC club one year and Media Tech one year. She has been in Choir four years,was chosen for Honor Choir three years, and attended State Music Festival two years.

Michael Warburton- Michael is the son of James and Kristi Warburton. He has been in football four years and FFA four years. Michael has served as the vice-president of FFA for two years, and has been involved in 4-H all of his high school years.

Bailey Zumbrun- Bailey is the daughter of Brenda Jones and Shane Zumbrun. Bailey has participated in Tennis one year.
