The Chinook Golf and Country Club will be hosting a dinner this Friday at the Chinook Eagles Club in an effort to raise funds for the course to be used for general maintenance and upkeep.

Club board members have expressed the possibility of hosting multiple dinners over the summer to help the club rebound from a spring that saw flood damage result in the loss of the main water pump. In addition the course needs fertilizer, sand, tools, and many other things to make the course presentable to the public in a way all members can be proud of.

Plans for the evening include a full pork dinner and all the trimmings. Several door prizes will be available as well as raffles.

A TaylorMade M1 Driver will be raffled off as well as a Cleveland Wedge and Odyssey putter. An Indoor Putting Green will also be on hand, where anyone who makes a putt gets into the drawing for the Putter and the Green itself.

The public is invited to share in the evening as well as members of the Chinook Golf and Country Club.
