The fall season is here, and with it comes Harlem’s Fall Festival. The event will begin with the Harlem Hunger Walk starting at 2 PM; entry forms for this 5K walk are available at Richman Insurance (forms have all the needed information). The walk proceeds will benefit the Harlem food pantry.

All are invited to the potluck picnic to be held in City Park at 4 PM; sloppy joes and lemonade will be provided. To add to the afternoon’s enjoyment, Tim Whitney’s band will be playing.

Also, get your tickets for chicken bingo from Helen Schroeder; this will be an added attraction to the day.

This annual event is one of several sponsored by Harlem Civic Association.
