December is in full swing and what a week we have planned for you!

Christmas movies will be shown every Wednesday in December starting with “It’s a Wonderful Life” on Dec. 6. Showtime is 1 p.m. in the library meeting room. Popcorn and drinks are provided.

Strong People meets Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the library meeting room. Lauren Lamonica is the instructor.

Bingo is played Thursday afternoons at 1 p.m. Last week there were 15 people playing and Amy Belle Smith won the Jackpot money.

The Kitchen Band starts playing at 11 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 8. Pinochle is played in the afternoon. Last week, Doris Hofeldt was high winner and Don Durocher was the low winner. He did have a double pinochle though with Amy Belle Smith and Francis Ewing.

The Public Card Party is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 10.

The Board of Directors will meet Monday, Dec. 11. This meeting is open to all.

Pool and cribbage will be played on Monday at 1 p.m., too.

Shanghai Rummy is played every Tuesday afternoon. Elisabeth O’Brien was the winner last week.
