Byron Paul Yellowrobe Sr., 70 passed away on December 24, 2017 in Billings MT. Byron was born on May 17, 1947 to Leonard and Theresa Yellowrobe, in Ft. Belknap MT. He worked many jobs on Ft. Belknap including, auto mechanic, Ft. Belknap Housing Authority, and Truck Driver. In 1992 he went back to school and got his Associates Degree. He was very proud to be a college graduate. At his home he always seemed to be neck deep in a project in the yard or fixing one of his many cars. One of his favorite things to do was to drive down East Valley Rd. But if he wasn't working on a project he was spending time with his grandchildren. Byron loved his grandchildren. He would light up see his grand babies walking through the door. In December of 2016 due to complication during surgery Byron had to stay in Billings until his passing.

Byron is Survived by his Children, Byron Jr. and his wife Liberty Yellowrobe, Eleanor Yellowrobe and her Husband Jay, and Lewis Yellowrobe. His 5 Grandchildren Mason and Madison Yellowrobe, Frances, Lindsey, and Leigha Eagleman, and 2 great grandchildren Irie Rose, Kai Old Coyote. And many nieces and nephews.

He is proceeded in death by his Parents Leonard and Theresa Yellowrobe, Brothers Joseph and Gerald Maine, Sisters Rose Yellowrobe, Ruby Plain Feather, Sylvia Kucate, Erma Grey Bear, and Stella Maine.

Funeral Services were held at Ft. Belknap Community Center in Ft. Belknap MT, with the Wake on December 27, 2017 Starting at 7:00pm and Funeral Service Starting at 10am on December 28, 2017 with a Burial to follow at Hwy 2 Pink Church Cemetery.
