16 Blaine County athletes earn post season honors, three on All-State list

Harlem Lady Cat - Sophomore L'Tia Lawrence Northern B All-State • 1st Team All-Conference

Now that the final horn has sounded on the 2017-18 high school basketball season it is time to recognize those athletes that were honored for their performance on the court by the coaches in their respective conferences.

All told, sixteen Blaine County hoopsters were recognized for their efforts on the hardwood.

Chinook junior Cord Schneider received Northern C All-State recognition for the second time and was also named to the District 9C First Team. The Sugarbeeters also had junior Isaac Bell named to the Northern C All-State team for the first time as well as the District 9C First Team

Harlem sophomore L'Tia Lawrence was named to the Northern B All-State team for the first time and also found her name on the District 2B First Team All-Conference list.

Harlem junior Skylee Dirden and sophomore Brad Cichosz also earned District 2B First team All--Conference. Senior Mystic Striker was named to the District 2B All-Conference Second Team.

Turner sophomore Sarah Billmayer, Chinook junior Riley Kellam, Hays/Lodge Pole senior Chance Main, Turner senior Eddie Harmon and Turner junior Cody Welch were all selected to the District 9C First Team.

Earning Second Team Honors were Chinook senior Sierra Swank, Hays/Lodge Pole sophomore Muleeah Stiffarm, Turner freshman Shyan Krass, Chinook junior Brendan Edwards and Hays/Lodge Pole senior David Main. Congratulations to all on your accomplishment.
