The Jr High and High School track teams of Turner had their district meets in Havre this past week. Many of the High school athletes qualified for Divisionals to be held this week in Great Falls. The Jr, high held their meet in Havre on Saturday. It was a cool day but no rain. The kids did well and represented their school. Congratulations to all the track participants and Best Wishes at Divisional.

Last week, Teresa Cornell met up with a friend at Canyon Ferry Lake for a visit over the weekend.

Ed and Kathy Zellmer attended college graduation in Missoula over the weekend. Both their daughters Joely Hiniker and Jennifer Cuaresma, graduated. Congratulations to Both Girls.

Loretta and Wally Beck attended graduation in Missoula this weekend.

Merrilyn Billmayer spent time in Havre this week celebrating her Mom, Ardis Hewitt’s birthday. Happy Birthday Ardis!

Don’t forget to attend Jim Reed’s 90th Birthday celebration on Saturday May 19th at the Legion Hall in Turner from 3-6 pm. Come greet Jim and visit with the family.

Quilters had a lesson from Yvonne Rasmussen at the Hogeland Church on Saturday. Teresa Cornell was one of the attendees.

The Freshmen class were around delivering Mothers Day planters in the community. Very pretty flowers.

Graduation will be held in Turner on Saturday May 19th at the Gym at 2 pm. Seniors graduating are Eddie Hamon, Stacey Cornell, and Ben Hunter. Eighth graders are Laci Maloney, Shay Humphreys, Lacey Hickel, Trever Kimmel, and Ryanne Brier.

A Rabies Clinic will be held in Turner on Wednesday June 6 at the Old Fire Hall. Time will be announced next week. Blaine County Veterniary Clinic will be on hand to give your animals their shots.

The Krass house and yard were busy this weekend with mowing and planting flowers by the Krass girls and it really looks nice. Think summer is finally here.

A lot of people have been branding this weekend and many are gone for graduations and family get-togethers. Had a hard time catching them. Guess I will have to get them next week with their news.
