Kathy Radovich takes a breather in the kitchen of Rad's Deli, a Chinook eatery. Despite a forced six week shutdown during the pandemic last spring, she was able to continue providing meals using curbside pickup and home delivery. She was able to keep her staff employed during the shutdown period, an important outcome to her as the business owner.
