The Chinook Sugarbeeters picked up two more big wins in District 6C East play defeating the Box Elder Bears Thursday night 3-2 and the Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds on Saturday 3-0. With the wins the Sugarbeeters improve to 4-0 in District 6C East play and 5-1 overall in match play.
The Bears have been steadily improving the past few seasons and may have become a serious contender to pick up one of the conferences three Northern C Divisional spots.
Thursday night in Box Elder it was the Sugarbeeters seizing the momentum early in the conference clash.
