The 2018 Veterans Stand Down will be held Thursday October 4th at the HRDC building at 2229 5th Ave, Havre, MT. The Stand Down is a collaboration of the VFW Bear Paw Post 497 and many other organizations on the Hi-Line and throughout Montana.

The purpose of the Stand Down is to assist Veterans with any needs they have by providing them access to representatives from the Department of Veterans’ Affairs, Montana Veterans, job service associations and if available will provide health screening and counseling services.

The Stand Down is intended to be an all-inclusive event for the entire community to assist Veterans. We would appreciate any assistance you could give us to make this a success.

We are looking for assistance with services, monetary donations, and volunteers to host and direct individuals to the various representatives. We would also welcome donations that can be used as door prizes or giveaways.
