Big Flat 4-H Club holds new years first meeting

The Big Flat 4-H Club is celebrating the 76th National 4-H Week by making a display for everyone to enjoy at the Turner Grocery Store. 4-H is a "learn by doing" organization that highlights youth and volunteers in a community. The National 4-H motto is "#Inspire to Do" while the Big Flat Club entitled their display, "Team Up with 4-H." Shown here is Bridget and Brooke Reed, members of the Big Flat 4-H Club. Big Flat 4-H Club Reporter

The Big Flat 4-H Club held their 1st meeting of the new year on October 21, 2018 at the Harlem Library meeting room. There were 11 members, 2 potential members, and 4 leaders present. Reports were given by Natalie and Brooke on the 4-H Week window displays and Bailey for the Elk Viewing. Achievement Night will be held on Nov. 11 at 4:00 in Chinook at the Commercial Building. Election was held, Seth-President, Hannah-Vice President, Jessa- Secretary, Brooke-Treasurer, Bridget-Reporter, and Bailey-Historian. Our next meeting will be held in Turner to get the tow...
