2019 Fort Belknap Mid-winter Fair set to Honor 1904 Fort Shaw Girls Basketball Team

On February 5-9, 2019 the Mid Winter Fair will be dedicated to the 1904 World Champion Fort Shaw Indian Girls Basketball Players.
Team members included Rose LaRose, Flora Lucero, Katie Snell, Minnie Burton, Genevieve Healy, Sarah Mitchell, Emma Sansaver, Genie Butch, Belle Johnson, and Nettie Wirth.
The relatives of the Fort Shaw Indian Girls will be honored at the Banquet at the Lodge Pole Public School.
