Ed and Kathy Zellmer spent Monday through Thursday in Missoula with the Hinikers and Cuaresmas, going especially to watch Josh Hiniker play JV ball for the Big Sky Eagles. They also got to visit with Randy and Sara Johnson and Tracey and Meg Hornby from Kalispell. They were in Missoula to watch Reuben Hornby play for Glacier against Big Sky. It was fun to see them both play.

Loretta Beck and Crystal Grabofsky made 58# of sauerkraut on Wednesday and Cooper and Lucy entertained Grandpa Wally. They all enjoyed lunch together.

Thursday night, Ed and Kathy Zellmer were at Jordan and Elissa Zellmer’s to celebrate Caleb’s 12th birthday.

Susan Billmayer was in Havre on Friday and brought Emily home for the weekend. Susan and Emily stopped in Chinook and had lunch with Barb Weber and June Reynolds.

Wally and Loretta Beck attended the 3 on 3 basketball games in Malta on Sunday. Cassidy’s team placed second in the 6th grade girls bracket, and the rest of the Turner teams played great also!


Linda Hauge, Diana Maloney, Anita and Brooke Reed visited Harlan and Jane Krass throughout this past week. Linda took them to Havre for appointments on Tuesday as well.

On Friday, Ed and Kathy Zellmer went to Rudyard with John and Donna Schneider to watch the Northstar-Chinook game.

Loretta Beck attended the basketball games against Big Sandy on Friday, and the Quilt Guild Christmas party at the Turner Lutheran Church on Saturday.

Melissa Hiniker spent the weekend at Ed and Kathy Zellmer’s , and they all went to the Chinook-Fort Benton game on Saturday.

On Sunday, Ed and Kathy Zellmer and Melissa Hiniker went to Malta to watch their grandsons, Caleb and Brady Zellmer, play in the 3 on 3 tournament.

Come out and enjoy the Varsity Turner Tornado basketball games this week. They are in Gildford on Friday, Jan. 18 at 4:00/5:30 and in Turner vs. Fort Benton on Saturday, Jan. 19, at 3:00/4:30.

The January meeting for the HHH Club will be held on Thursday, January 17th at Susan Billmayer’s home at 7:00 p.m. Hope all members can come!

Meridian Snider rode to Malta with Wally and Loretta Beck to participate in the 3 on 3 basketball tournament on Sunday.
