The top finishers in the local spelling Bee were: Tate Beck, Gracie Honey, Dakota Krass, and Chantry Jorgenson. The top four students will represent Turner School at the

County Spelling Bee in Chinook on Tuesday, February 12th. The County Spelling Bee registration starts at 9:30 with the contest beginning at 10:00 in the Chinook High School Auditorium.

Linda Hauge is spending the week in Washington with her grandbabies. She will be returning by train on Friday.

The seniors being honored at the Box Elder games on Thursday, February 7th are Kurt Calvert, Reagan Conlan, Rylee Conlan, Tracer Heilig, Clayton Krass, Melanie Watkins, and Cody Welsh. Come wish these students well as they play their last home game on the Tornado court.

The District 9C tournament will take place at Havre High School February 13th– 16th. Copies of the brackets will soon be available at the school office and Big Flat Grocery.


There will be a pep rally for the Varsity Basketball Teams prior to them leaving for tournaments. At this time we are planning to hold the pep rally on Wednesday, February 14th at 2:15. If this changes due to tournament seeding changes, we will let you know. Everyone, please come show your spirit as our Mighty Tornadoes go to tournament!
