Triangle Communications (TC) is sponsoring its annual photo contest to collect photographs for their publications. The 2019 Photo Contest is open to members and member dependents of all ages who subscribe to Triangle landline or Internet only service. One grand prize of $200.00 and five runner-up prizes of $50.00 will be awarded.

Each TC customer is limited to two entries. These entries must be submitted via the electronic form on http://www.itsTriangle.com by July 8, the contest deadline.

To be considered valid and eligible, contest photographs must meet the following qualifications:

• Photos must depict the scenic or abstract beauty of the Triangle service area. Those wishing to see a service area map are encouraged to visit the Triangle Communications’ website.

• Trademarks, commercial names and advertisements must not appear in the photo.

• Photos containing people are not eligible.

• Photos entered must be previously unpublished.

• Qualifying photographs must be a minimum of 300 dpi, high resolution and a minimum of 1500 pixels on the longest side.

TC reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries or entries that do not meet the criteria. Anyone submitting an entry agrees to give TC complete, royalty-free publication rights to the photo. All valid entries will be posted on Triangle’s Facebook page by July 12 for First Round Voting. The top 20 photos by August 1 will proceed to Second Round Voting in the September/October 2019 Keeping You Connected magazine. By September 27, the top 10 from the magazine voting will go to Final Round Voting at the 2019 Triangle Annual Meeting on October 19, 2019. Award winning photos will be featured on the 2020 covers of Keeping You Connected.

TC employees, board members, immediate family and others living in their households are not eligible.
