The Local Advisory Council on Mental Health for Blaine County sponsored their 4th annual suicide prevention coloring and drawing contest in September. The finalists in the contest's 4 categories are currently displayed outside the County Superintendent's office on the 2nd floor of the courthouse. Voting on the finalists is taking place and will close November 19th at 5:00 p.m.
