Harlem Elementary has chosen first grader, Kyleigh Cochran, and Mrs. Bear's entire fifth grade class, as this week's ROARing students. Kyleigh received an award from the prize case, and Mrs. Bear's class earned an extra recess with Principal Seymour by practicing respect, organization, safety, and responsibility at all times.
