Harlem Library

There is still time to join the summer reading program. Kids of all ages are welcome to Storytime in the Park Tuesday mornings at 10 A.M. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Bring a blanket to sit on. Everyone of all ages are welcome to track the number of books or minutes read to earn prizes! See our Facebook page, website, or call the library for more information. The Book Challenge for June is to read an original or retelling of a fairy tale. We have a selection on display for you to choose from. The library board will meet Wed., June 24, 4:15 for their monthly meeting. The library has mobile hotspots ready to check out now.

MSU-Extension

Montana State University Extension has put together a new website that contains resources for everyone when it comes to dealing with all of the issues surrounding COVID-19. There are resources for family and youth, businesses, agriculture producers, links to the CDC, etcetera. Blaine County Library

Story Walks will be held Monday and Wednesday in front of the Meadowlark School 12:00-1:30. Storytime will be Tuesdays at 10:30 on the grass in front of the Grande Villa. We will have Beat the Heat movies on Thursdays. There will be limited seating available to comply with social distancing. We will offer 2 showings of the movie the first from 12:30 to 2:00 and the second from 2:30 to 4:00.

Community Chest

The Community Chest fund drive for 2020 for the time being will be put on hold until COVID-19 is over, anyone wishing to make a donation that will be distributed among various youth activities can be mailed to: Community Chest, PO Box 39, Chinook, MT 59523

Cemetery Board

The Cemetery Board will be meeting again Thursday, JUNE 18, 2020 at 1:30 in the DES room in the Courthouse.

Airport Commission Board

The JUNE meeting for the Blaine County Airport Commission Board will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at the Edgar G. Airport Administration Building in Chinook.

Fair Board Meeting

Fair Board Meeting Tuesday, June 18 - 7:00 pm at the Fair Office at the Blaine County Fairgrounds. Public welcome.
