TURNER SCHOOL WELCOMES LOUISE OGEMAHGESHIG FISCHER
Louise Ogemahgeshig Fischer visited the Turner School this past Thursday. She saw groups of students throughout the morning sharing her traditional knowledge with students and staff in the school.
Fischer describes the American Indian struggle for survival in often harsh conditions, triumph over hardships, and spiritual and creative achievements.
