In an anything but normal 2020, Halloween and its traditional night of Trick-or-Treating by the kids of the community was toned down a bit by the Covid-19 pandemic, but Chinook resident Jeff Finley got a bit creative with his candy delivery system. With social distancing and safety being the topic of many conversations, Finley looked to the local Ace Hardware store for help into turning an idea he had saw on Facebook into reality.
