The Chinook Community Thanksgiving Dinner Crew went above and beyond this year by adding a Community Christmas Dinner to their 'To Do' list. Event organizer Betty Billmayer, husband Mark Billmayer and the entire crew got together and dished up 140 meals to the community on Christmas Day. An impromptu meeting took place in the days following the highly successful Community Thanksgiving Dinner and Betty motivated the troops to make it happen for Christmas as well. Kathy O'Brien, Jay Eslick, Larry Wisch, Barbara Weber, Perry and Wilma Alcorn, Shawn and Lawanna Harvey, Jim Doyle and Brooke Nicholson and others helped make the event a success.
