The library board of trustees will hold their monthly meeting Wednesday, February 24, 4:15 P.M. in the library meeting room.

The Book Challenge for February is to read a book with a medical theme. When you have completed the challenge contact the library to be entered to win a gift certificate from a local business.

The library is sponsoring the “1000 Books Before Kindergarten” program to encourage family literacy and to prepare children for school. Parents are encouraged to register their children for the program at the library or on our Facebook page. Upon registration each child will be awarded a free board book. Prizes will be awarded as various goals are met. Contact the library for more information.

Virtual Story Time is held each Tuesday at 10 A.M. via Facebook Live. Little ones and their families are invited to join for a time of stories, songs and fingerplays. Each week a take-home activity packet is available to pick up at the library.


The library has electronic devices available for check out to patrons in good standing for at least a month. These include mobile hotspots, iPads and a HP Pro Laptop. These may be checked out for fourteen days. Contact the library to be put on a waiting list.

The library offers free Wi-Fi 24/7. Please come in to get the password to access the internet inside the library as well as from the parking area.
