Anyone interest in running for a City Office in the September 14th Primary Election can file a Declaration of Nomination form at the Blaine County Clerk & Recorder’s Office beginning Thursday, April 22, 2021. The Declaration of Nomination form will be accepted through Monday, June 21, 2021.

The City offices that are up for elections are as follows:

Mayor- 4 year term

Council person West Ward-4 year term

Council person East Ward-4 year term

CITY OF HARLEM

Mayor—4 year term

Council person West Ward—4 year term

Council person East Ward—4 year term

Council person East Ward---Unexpired 2 year term

Any person interested in filing for a City Office may do so by obtaining a Declaration for Nomination form from the Blaine County Clerk & Recorder’s Office at the County Courthouse, 420 Ohio Street, Chinook, meeting the necessary qualifications and paying the appropriate filing fee.

Declaration for Nomination for the September 14th Primary Election will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 21, 2021.
