MAIL BALLOT VOTING FOR HARLEM CITY ELECTION

The election for council members and mayor in the City of Harlem will be voting by mail ballot. This type of election allows the voter the convenience of voting at home and simply returning the ballot by mail or delivering it to the Blaine County Clerk and Recorder’s office at the courthouse.

No precinct polling place will be open on Election Day, September 14, 2021. Ballots must be voted and received by the Blaine County Clerk & Recorder’s office not later than 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 14 2021. The Blaine County Clerk and Recorder’s office will be open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Election Day, September 14,2021 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Notice has been printed in the Blaine County Journal of the Close of Registration deadline at 5 pm on August 16, 2021. If you missed the regular registration deadline and you do reside in the City of Harlem, you may still register for the election by showing up in person at the Blaine County Clerk & Recorder’s Office until Monday, September 13, 2021 by 12:00 noon. . Ballots will only be mailed to registered active voters residing within the boundaries of City of Harlem. If you are a registered voter and do not receive a ballot, contact the county election office to update your information as necessary and receive a ballot.


Ballots will be mailed to voters with instructions for voting and returning the ballots. The target mailing date for the ballots is August 25, 2021
