Trottier Earns All-State Honors at State B Cross Country Meet Harlem, Hays/Lodge Pole Thinclads Run Well

Harlem Cross Country senior Taya Trottier. The Class B and Class C State Cross Country Meet will be held this Saturday in Missoula.
The Harlem Wildcats and Hays/Lodge Pole Thunderbirds were in Missoula this past Saturday for the Montana All-Class State Cross Country Meet. The Wildcats contingent consisted of seven runners, six in the boys Class B race and one in the Girls Class B. The Thunderbirds had one athlete in the boys Class C race.
Harlem senior Taya Trottier capped off a stellar season by earning All-State recognition with a 12th place finish. The Class B girls race consisted of 154 runners in all.
Trottier got off to a good start completing her first mile in 6:34.30. Mile number two was a bit slower at 7:08.98....
