We are trying to reach out to parents with preschool aged children, who may not be aware of our weekly Story Time Program. If you have preschool aged children, plan to bring them for Story Time at 10:30 Tuesday mornings. It’s a great way to meet other parents and make new friends!

We have three non-fiction books ready to go this week. “How Are You Going to Pay for That?: Smart Answers to the Dumbest Question in Politics ” by Ryan Cooper, gives a compelling alternative view of the relationship between our politics and our economy. “UnDo It!: How Simple Lifestyle Changes Can Reverse Most Chronic Diseases” by Dean Ornish, M.D, offers a revolutionary, easy to follow plan for a healthier you. “Baby Steps Millionaires: How Ordinary People Built Extraordinary Wealth- and How You Can Too” by Dave Ramsey offers straightforward, and practical steps everyone can follow.

“Bright Burning Things” Lisa Harding is a Jenna Book Club pick. In “The Last House on the Street” by Diane Chamberlain, a community’s past sins rise to the surface when two women, a generation apart, find themselves bound by tragedy and an unsolved, decades-old mystery. “The Madness of Crowds” by Louise Penny is a Chief Inspector Armand Gamache novel. “The Replacement Wife” by Darby Kane is a thrilling domestic suspense novel that asks, how many wives and girlfriends need to disappear before your family notices? In “Dead by Dawn” by Paul Doiron, Maine game warden Mike Bowditch finds himself in a life-or-death chase.
