Beef Raffle Winner Will Be Announced at Tenth Annual Gun & Antique Show

With the winner drawn at the 2022 Chinook Gun & Antique Show on September 30-October 2, the Chinook Rod & Gun Club is holding a raffle of a quarter of beef. The Beef Raffle has been made possible by a generous donation from Triangle Communications, who have donated a 4-H beef for the cause.

According to Gun Club Member, Joe Kennedy, tickets have been moving fairly steadily. “I had several people ask, and I did finally get Venmo set up and working, so if anyone else that isn't local wants tickets, just send me a message,” Kennedy stated.

Anyone interested in buying tickets or helping sell tickets can contact a Rod & Gun Club member by leaving a comment or sending a message via the Club’s Facebook page, stopping by Pehrson's in Chinook, or seeing Elmer Zarn or Joe Kennedy.

As an incentive to raffle ticket purchasers, those who attend the 10th Annual Chinook Gun Show at the Blaine County Fairgrounds can turn in six ticket stubs at the show to receive an extra door prize ticket with their paid admission. One of the coveted door prizes is $1,000 in Gun Show Bucks.

All of the proceeds from the Beef Raffle will be used to support youth activities sponsored by the Club, including the Annual Kids Fishing Day and Youth Shooting Sports. The Fishing Day is an annual event for Chinook, Harlem, Zurich, and country school youth enrolled in the fourth grade.
