Jordan Cole Hofland of Havre, 31, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. on Montana Avenue on chargers of violation of a no contact order, criminal trespass to vehicles and non-aggravated partner or family member assault with reasonable apprehension of injury after officers investigated a call from the 1800 Block of Fifth Avenue at 8:07a.m.

Officers issued a written or verbal warning after a caller from Lincoln Avenue at 6:16 p.m. complained that “kids riding a go-cart” were speeding through an intersection and alley.
