Big Flat 4-H Recognizes Dr. Baxter's Decades of Dedication

On Saturday, May 30, current and past members of Big Flat 4-H club, along with community members, met with Dr. Baxter to express their heartfelt appreciation for all that he has done for the surrounding communities. Beginning in the summer of 1975, Dr. Baxter offered the rabies clinic to residents of the Big Flat community every summer for the next 50 years.
