Northstars make an incredible run at state

What a postseason it was for the Havre Northstars American Legion baseball team. After winning the Northern A District championship, the Northstars made a push for a Class A state title last weekend in Dillon.

Havre started off the 2026 State A Tournament with a loss to Miles City in the first round last Wednesday. The Mavericks beat the Northstars 8-1in the opening round as the Northstars managed just three hits.
