Werk repeats as Spelling Bee Champion

Riley Werk an eighth grader at Hays/Lodge Pole School had already proven she was a great speller by winning the Blaine County Spelling Bee as a seventh grader. Last Tuesday Werk spelled 'Timely' in the final round of the 2018 Blaine County Spelling Bee to successfully defend her title. Werk will now head to Billings to compete in the Montana State Bee on March 17.
