Deputy Travis Peck, at an earlier bike safety program, talks to cyclists about some of the 'rules of the road' for cyclists. A bike safety workshop will be held in Harlem on the afternoon of Thursday, June 16. There is no charge for the program sponsored by the City of Harlem and the Harlem Public Library's Summer Reading Program.
