Hays/Lodge Pole seniors Tyson Shambo and Frank RunsAbove, number 24, have been integral parts of the Thunderbirds success the past four years. After claiming the District 9C regular season crown with a perfect 14-0 record and then finishing second at the District 9C tournament, the Thunderbirds captured the Northern C Divisional championship with a 65-61 victory over the Box Elder Bears. The win punched their ticket to the State C in Bozeman, March 9-11.
