The Blaine County Fair Foundation is a new organization created to receive donations and gifts to support improvements and new projects at the fairgrounds. One project under consideration is fundraising to erect this surplus 100 x 200' building as an indoor arena. The building, though new, was surplus from Malmstrom Air Base. All gifts to the foundation are tax-deductible.
