Matthew Gurnsey, performing as the Kilted Man, will present two concerts on July 17 at the Blaine County Library. Gurnsey, among other musical achievements, co-founded and performed in a Celtic band that played for a decade at the major Scottish/Irish festivals around the U.S. Matthew will perform in the library meeting room at 1:30pm and 7pm. There is no charge and all are welcome.
