83 year-old Roque Garcia stands in front of his food cart where he's been selling carnitas (a braised beef or pork dish) in the old Santa Fe Plaza for nearly 30 years. Garcia has been featured in many regional, national and international publications for his unique business and its long standing survival. The long lines at lunch time are testament to the reputation of his homemade carnitas.
