Outgoing judge Perry Miller is shown congratulating Jim Doyle after the latter was sworn in as Blaine County's Justice of the Peace. Doyle will also take over duties as City Judge for both Harlem and Chinook. Most recently Jim Doyle served as the Court Administrator for the Blaine County Justice Court.
