Chinook Chuck (aka Steve Edwards) sees his photo on Groundhog Day last week. It is believed the groundhog is frightened if it sees its shadow, causing it to head back in to its burrow to ride out the coming six more weeks of winter. This is Chuck's first prediction. He's hoping to best the record of accurate forecasting for more winter by famed Punxsutawney Phil. Phil's current average is thirty-nine percent accuracy since records began in 1887.
