Colton Kingston is shown in his St. Urho's regalia outside the Helsinki Bar last March 16. Kingston was crowned St. Urho as part of the annual celebration in Butte. Miners of Finnish descent from Minnesota brought the made-up holiday with them when they came to work in the hard rock mines in and around Butte. One of the duties of St. Urho is to walk the next day in the much larger and more famous St. Patrick's Day parade held on the "Mining City."
