Jeanette Arlene (Kelley) Billmayer King

Jeanette Arlene (Kelley) Billmayer King, 86, a resident of Conrad went to be with the Lord Friday, August 26th, 2016 while at the Pondera Nursing Facility following a lengthy illness.

Jeanette was born August 30th, 1929 in Muscatine, Iowa to Ralph and Vircia Kelley, the second of three children. The family eventually moved to Montana where Jeanette's father was a city police office in Chinook. Jeanette met Frank Billmayer of Hogeland and the two were married September 29, 1945.

To this union four sons were born Allen Wayne, James Jay, Gale (Pete), and Scott Waring. Jeanette was a member of the Hogeland Lutheran Church where she served as an ALCW officer and was active in bible studies and the work of her Lord.

Frank passed away in 1976 and Jeanette later married Richard King, January 10th, 1979. The couple first resided in Kalispell for a number of years, but for the past twenty some years they have made their home in Conrad where Jeanette was an active member of the Lutheran church and women's bible study group.

She also was an avid golfer and enjoyed sewing and different crafts of many types.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons Allen and Scott and one great grandson, Tristan.

She is survived by her husband Richard King, her two brothers, Richard and Ross Kelley, two sons Jay (Vicki) Billmayer, Pete (Pam) Billmayer, two daughters-in-law Merrilyn (Allen) Billmayer and Joyce (Scott) Billmayer; ten grandchildren Adam (Shawna) Billmayer, Aimee (PJ) Timmons, Jayne (Aaron) Morrow, Frank (Angie) Billmayer, Jacklyn (Kevin) Rudolph, Josh (Heidi) Billmayer, Kelley and Kolton Billmayer, Luke (Whitney) Knaff and Felicia (Tucker) Kuka as well as eighteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be sent to the Hogeland Lutheran Church or a charity of choice. No services are planned at her request.
