Chinook wrestles well at Malta Invitational

Chinook senior Tate Niederegger won the 145 pound championship in Malta Saturday.

The Northern B/C Divisional takes place this Saturday in Shelby with wrestling getting underway at 10 a.m.

The Chinook Sugarbeeters and Harlem Wildcats concluded the regular season in Malta this past weekend and wrestled very well in the process.

Chinook senior Tate Niederegger and Harlem senior Reece Hutton each claimed individual titles. Niederegger won the 145 pound weight class with a 11-7 decision. Hutton's championship came at 205, also by decision, 3-1.

Harlem Wildcat senior Reece Hutton, won the 205 pound weight class in Malta Saturday.

Chinook junior JJ Colby, sophomore Ross Reed and Harlem sophomore Curtis Humphreys all finished fourth in Malta.
