Farm Service Agency (FSA) Executive Director Tracy Harshman today announced that Blaine County is approved to accept applications for the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) to address damages from the current drought conditions ECP signup will begin on will end on September 15, 2017.

According to Harshman, approved ECP practices under this authorization include livestock water projects including wells, spring developments, pipelines, and stock tanks.
