February at Harlem Elementary means tons of reading fun. To kick off "I Love To Read" month activities, the students began a reading frenzy, each striving to reach their Accelerated Reader goals. Every AR test the students passed meant they earned a segment (circle) with their name and the title of each book. These segments formed the "I Love To Read" Bookworm, which by the end of the month, circled the entire inside of the Elementary School! Hard-working students reaching their AR goals for the month were rewarded with delicious cake and ice cream.
