Book Club members are reminded to pick up their copy of the new book “Empty Mansions” by Bill Dedman and Paul Clark Newell, Jr. this week. The first discussion will be held March 18, 4 P.M.

There is still time to join the online book club which is reading “Killers of the Flower Moon.” Search “Harlem Public Library Online Book Club” on Facebook.

This month the library is once again holding the “Buy a Bag O’Books” sale. You may purchase a grocery sack full of used books for one dollar!

The next Learn at the Library program “How Gambling Affects Families” will be held Tuesday, March 26, 7 P.M. in the library meeting room. Melanie Sorensen, Licensed Addiction Counselor Candidate for the State of Montana, will be the presenter. Refreshments will be served.

“The Lost Vintage” is by Ann Mah. Kate leaves her home in San Francisco to return to the French vineyard her mother turned her back on a generation ago. Kate hopes to work on improving her knowledge of Burgundy vintages in order to pass her Master of Wine test. While there Kate discovers a hidden room with a cot, WWII Resistance pamphlets, a hidden stash of valuable wine, and the belongings of an aunt she never knew existed.

Jill Schlesinger has written “The Dumb Things Smart People Do With Their Money.” This nonfiction book explains thirteen ways to right your financial wrongs.

The Book Challenge for March is to read the first book of a trilogy. Tech Time is held every Wednesday from 1:00-2:00 when Carly will assist with your technology questions.

Books and Babies meets on Tuesdays at 10:00 A.M. After School Story Hour is held on Wednesdays from 3:30-4:30. Lego Club meets on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30.
