When Aaniiih Nakoda College (ANC) holds its 31st Commencement Ceremony on May 9 at 5:30 p.m. in the gymnasium at Harlem High School, Jason Smith, Montana State Indian Coordinator to Governor Steve Bullock, will deliver the Commencement Address.
