Dave and Teresa Cornell traveled to Billings on Thursday. Dave went home on Saturday, and Teresa is staying through Nov. 11 to watch Danial and Addison.

Nancy Snider, Shawna and Merrilyn Billmayer, Tricia Kimmel, and Loretta Beck made lefsa at the Lutheran Church in Hogeland on Tuesday. Bobbi Beck stopped by after school to give them a hand also.

The Turner Tornadoes Jr. High boys and girls basketball teams played at the Jamboree in Turner on Saturday with games vs. Big Sandy and Chinook. It is fun to watch these young athletes. This week, they will play home games on Thursday and Friday vs. North Star and Box Elder with games at 4:00/5:30 on both days. The THS Junior Class will be serving concessions with Taco in a Bag on Thursday and Super Nachos on Friday.

Merrilyn Billmayer and Loretta Beck attended a Storm Chasers Booster Club meeting in Turner Tuesday evening.


The annual Hogeland Lutheran Church turkey dinner and bazaar was held on Sunday. A good sized crowd was out and about and enjoyed this event.

Loretta Beck attended the Halloween Carnival in Turner on Thursday.

The Junior High basketball teams travel to the Rudyard Jamboree on Saturday, Nov. 9, with games beginning at noon.

Wally and Loretta Beck attended the Jamboree in Turner on Saturday. Great games, Tornadoes!

Congratulations to the Harlem Lady Wildcats who placed 2nd at the District Volleyball Tournament on Saturday in Glasgow. They will be heading to Wolf Point this week for the divisional tournament. Good Luck and have fun!

Diana, Linda, Hilary and girls, and Anita and Bridget visited Jane and Harlan Krass throughout the week. On Friday, Diana, Bridget, Jane and Harlan helped Anita celebrate her birthday.

Crystal, Cassidy, Holly, Lucy and Cooper Grabofsky visited with Grandpa Wally after the Hogeland Church Dinner.

Brandon Beck and Desmond Ferguson visited at Grandma and Grandpa Beck’s Sunday.

Gene, Susan, and Emily Billmayer attended a memorial service for Doris Egbert on Saturday in Turner.
