Harlem Library

Book Club members may pick up a copy of the new selection “Born a Crime” this week. The first discussion will be Mar. 16, 4 P.M. The library will be closed Mar. 13 because of the Seed Show. The Book Challenge for Mar. is to read a book, fiction or nonfiction, about religion. You may complete your 2020 Census survey beginning Mar. 12 online at my2020census.gov. The library is here to help. This month we are celebrating Dr. Seuss! Come in and tell us a place you are planning to go or a place you dream of visiting. The library will be hosting a “Missing Indigenous Person Task Force” community meeting Mar. 26, 6-8 P.M. More information in next week’s paper.

Blaine County Library

Story Time is Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. After School Hangout is Tuesdays from 3:30 – 4:30 and is open to students in grades 5 and up. LEGO/STEAM Club is Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. for students K-6. Younger children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Move it at the Library fitness pro-gram Wednesday and Friday at 5:15 p.m.


Cemetery Board

The Cemetery Board will be meeting again Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 1:30 in the ECC room in the Courthouse.

Shores Floral

Daffodil Fundraiser. To benefit “A Serving Hope” Fund. Daffodils will be $10 per bunch with $7 going to the fund. “A Serving Hope” provides financial assistance for those needing to travel due to a serious medical condition. For more info visit http://www.NMHcare.org.

Montana Seed Show

Entry day for the bread contest at the Montana Seed Show is Friday, March 13, from 8:00-9:30 A.M. at Harlem High School’s big gym. There are both youth and adult divisions in white bread, 100% whole wheat, machine white, machine 50% combo whole wheat and specialty breads. If you have questions please contact Karolee Cronk (353-2874).

Chinook Senior Center

The Senior Center presents “St. Patrick’s Day Surprise” presented by Elaine Campbell. On Tuesday March 17, at 11:15 a.m. at the Chinook Sr. Citizens Center. Please call a day Ahead for dinner reservations or come to hear the program. Call 357-4129 for further information.
