Harlem High School senior Trent Main is the latest Blaine County Athlete to sign a National Letter of Intent and will continue his basketball career at Rocky Mountain College in Billings fall.

An enrolled member of the Aaniiih and Nakoda Nations from the Fort Belknap Indian Community, as well as Chippewa Cree Nation from Rocky Boy.

During his time at Harlem High School Main was more than just a standout on the basketball court for the Wildcats. He is a very accomplished student in the classroom earning Academic All State recognition while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.

"I'm beyond excited for this next chapter in my life. Representing not only my family but my community and school too. I'm beyond grateful for every role model that has helped me along the way to become a better ball player and young man," said a very jubilant Main. "The work doesn't stop here, and I'm working for everything this next year, on and off the court. I wouldn't be in this position without my family and the communities' encouragement throughout all of high school."

Trent is the son of Nona Main, and grandson of Joey Snow and Rick Weasel, of Fort Belknap.
